~ Update: April 1, 2026

A trial has been scheduled for 25-year-old MASON VAN MCMULLIN (pictured), of Foxworth.

MCMULLIN will stand trial on October 12, 2026, for two counts of malicious injury to livestock, four counts of unnatural intercourse, and fifteen counts of aggravated animal cruelty.

According to court documents that were filed in January 2026, MCMULLIN had to undergo a forensic mental examination to determine whether or not he was fit to stand trial and the findings determined that he is competent. Reports stated that MCMULLIN “retained adequate awareness and understanding of the nature, quality, and wrongfulness of his alleged actions.”

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office had arrested MCMULLIN back on September 26, 2024, after receiving information that he was torturing and killing animals on video.

MCMULLIN was indicted by a grand jury on October 14, 2025. The indictment accused MCMULLIN of torturing, maiming, and crushing animals. The indictment further accused MCMULLIN of having sexual intercourse (which Voice For Us describes as RAPE), with cats, chickens, dogs, and goats.

According to the indictment, these abhorrent and nauseating incidents took place from 2023 to 2024, the time of his arrest.

When MCMULLIN was arrested in 2024, his bond was set at $500,000 cash only. With October’s grand jury indictment, his bond was set at $1,150,000.

At the time of writing, online arrest records maintained by the Marion County Sheriff's Office show that MCMULLIN is still in custody.

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrested of 24-year-old MASON VAN MCMULLIN, of Foxworth (pictured).

According to the media release by the sheriff's office, on September 26, 2024, deputies received information that a male, later identified as MCMULLIN, was torturing and killing animals on video.

Acting on information received, deputies were dispatched to an address in Foxworth to conduct a welfare check on the animals. MCMULLIN was then taken to the sheriff’s office to be interviewed by investigators. As a result of the interview, MCMULLIN was placed in custody and a search warrant was served at his residence.

The following day, deputies received additional information that led deputies to serve another search warrant at MCMULLIN’s residence. “During the search, physical and electronic evidence was collected”, stated the release.

The sheriff’s office did not disclose information about the animals involved in the case.

MCMULLIN was charged with seven counts of aggravated animal cruelty and two counts of “unnatural intercourse.”

At the time of writing, records show that MCMULLIN is being held at the Marion County Jail with a $500,000 cash only bond.

The sheriff’s office advised that the investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected.

In this article there is a reference to “sexually abusing” a dog. For the record, I totally disagree with the phrase as I firmly believe that it should be called what it is, RAPE!

The Izard County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old TIMOTHY FEAR (pictured).

A man called the sheriff’s office to report the death of his dog. He advised that when his 9-year-old son had gone to feed the dog, the dog was dead.

A deputy responded to investigate and learned from the caller that FEAR was his farmhand and that had a history of cruelty to animals.

The caller told the deputy that he confronted FEAR about the death of his dog and that when he did, there were other people present. The caller went on to say that FEAR had admitted to killing the dog and then sexually abusing the furvictim.

FEAR, of Calico Rock, was arrested on August 15, 2024, and charged with one misdemeanor count of cruelty to animals and one misdemeanor count of bestiality.

At the time of writing, records show that FEAR is being held at the Izard County Detention Facility without bond.

While I wait to hear back from the Izard County Sheriff’s Office regarding information about the dog, I took the liberty of naming the Voiceless Victim Cotton for the tribute image. Should his/her given name be made public, I will rectify it accordingly.

In this article there are references to “sexual interaction with animals.”

For the record, I totally disagree with the phrase as I firmly believe that it should be called what it is, RAPE!

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-years-old SAMANTHA LEE WHITE and her husband, 28-years-old JOHN WESLEY WHITE II (both pictured).

According to a media release by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, detectives learned that SAMANTHA LEE WHITE had sexual intercourse with the family dog multiple times, and her husband recorded her engaging in the sex acts.

Court documents obtained by Voice For Us through a Public Search state that on February 15, 2024, a detective from the LCSO along with other members of the Department, executed a search warrant at the couple’s home in Fort Myers for an unrelated case regarding a “child sexual abuse material investigation.”

During her statement, SAMANTHA LEE WHITE said that she is “fascinated by a horse penis and it is interesting to her of how the horse's penis flares out” and said that she watched multiple related videos.

The report goes on to state that the woman then said she “allowed her brown Labrador retriever canine ‘Ruger’ to penetrate her vagina with his penis ‘a couple of times’ with the last occurrence being a month or so ago.”

The report further states: “Samantha advised the sexual interaction with her canine wasnot my thingbut since a horse's penis fascinated her, she decided to engage in sexual acts with her canine.”

According to the report, the woman “initially had sexual interaction with her canine when her husband was not present.”  The first time the husband was present, “the canine became aggressive and territorial”, stated the report. From that time, the husband “only watched her engaging in sex with their canine from behind the door.”

During the statement, the woman told the detective that “sometimes when she drinks she gets horny or at other times her husband would be asleep or showering and felt her male canine was giving her attention.”

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office said that Lee County Domestic Animal Services removed four dogs from the couple’s home and evaluated them for injuries. Thankfully, the Voiceless Victims are now safe and are being cared for.

The pair were arrested on February 15, 2024, and booked into the Lee County Jail. The wife was arrested “for sexual activities involving animals” and the husband was arrested for “filming pornographic images or videos of a person and an animal engaged in sexual activity.”

According to arrest records, they were released the following day after posting a $5,000 bond.

Court records show that she is scheduled to appear back in Lee County Circuit Court for her arraignment on the morning of Monday, March 18, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. before Judge Frank J. Porter.

Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno expressed his disgust for the couple’s actions and I strongly echo his sentiment!

In a statement Sheriff Marceno said: “I am disgusted by the actions of these two North Fort Myers residents. I will not tolerate any kind of abuse in Lee County. I stand by my guarantee to protect those who cannot protect themselves, and put criminals behind bars.”

The investigation is still ongoing.
