NIKOLAY LUKYANCHIKOV arrested for shooting his dog and then burning the furbaby on the grill

Northampton Township Police Department have charge 49-year-old NIKOLAY LUKYANCHIKOV (pictured below) with aggravated cruelty to animals, cruelty to animals, recklessly endangering another, discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure, and possessing instruments of crime.


On the early morning of April 30, police responded to a residence on Holly Knoll Drive in Churchville, Northampton Township, after receiving a report of a fire pit and a couch on fire in the front yard.


Upon arrival officers found LUKYANCHIKOV sitting on a bench near the fire.


The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that according to the affidavit, LUKYANCHIKOV was “incredibly intoxicated” and unable to speak.


As reported by the Philadelphia Inquirer, LUKYANCHIKOV “was setting $100 bills on fire with lighter fluid inside a metal fire pit in front of him. On top of the fire pit was a barbecue grate, on which Lukyanchikov had placed a small animal that had been badly burned.”


Once the fire was extinguished, officers were able to determine the animal who had been burned was a small dog.


LUKYANCHIKOV had shot the furbaby in the eye and then put her/him on the grill.


The Philadelphia Inquirer further reports that LUKYANCHIKOV’s roommate told police that earlier that day she had heard gunfire coming from LUKYANCHIKOV’s room.


The roommate also stated that LUKYANCHIKOV told her he has shot his dog with his 9mm Beretta handgun.


The sick individual was taken into custody and arraigned.


He was then sent to Bucks County Corrections with a bail set at $1 million.
