MADELINE WINTERNHEIMER arrested after being seen in a video abusing her mother’s dog

OUTRAGEOUS!!!

After a video of a female abusing a dog was posted on Facebook, Crystal Springs Police Department were flooded with calls by concerned citizens.

The Demon’s Den reports that: “The incident was captured by a neighbor across the street, who at first appears to be filming through the window blinds of the home, before moving the camera to an open window.”

Police Chief Palmer told the Clarion Ledger: “Once the community saw that video, we started getting calls from just about everyone.” “I have a very sympathetic community, especially when it comes to animals.”

32-year-old MADELINE WINTERNHEIMER (pictured below), is the female who in the video can be seen repeatedly kicking and yanking the leash of her mother’s dog while she is walking him.

At some point WINTERNHEIMER yanks on the leash so hard that it flips the defenseless furbaby backward onto the sidewalk.

Police took the dog to a local veterinarian for treatment and then returned the dog to the household.

Like I said, OUTRAGEOUS!

The accused was arrested Monday, January 27, and RELEASED from the Copia County jail after posting a $1,500 bond and faces up to ONLY six months in jail, as well as a $1,000 fine.

Before this offence, WINTERNHEIMER has been convicted of felonious child abuse in 2012 and was sentenced to 12 years in prison in the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
