⚠️WARNING⚠️The article contains details some of you may find distressing⚠️

On the late evening of Monday, March 2, 2026, Troopers with Pennsylvania State Police - Hollidaysburg were dispatched to a home in the 300 block of East Second Street in the area of Williamsburg Borough in Blair County.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police Public Information Release Report obtained by Voice For Us, Troopers discovered “a severely beaten/abused dog”.

Central PA Humane Society identified the dog as a female 3-year-old Pitbull named Bailey.

Authorities said that from an investigation it emerged that a 17-year-old male had attempted to break Bailey’s neck and had repeatedly struck her over the head with a metal baseball bat.

Central PA Humane Society said in a Facebook post that a second dog, Bailey’s sibling, was sadly found deceased in a box “due to neglect and starvation”.

Central PA Humane Society said that Bailey “was tied up by her hind legs after a failed strangulation attempt, hit in the skull with a baseball bat causing a skull fracture, then struck again with a pickaxe, followed by having her head smashed into concrete”.

Moreover, Bailey had been starved. She was really thin when she was found, and weighed about 25 pounds.

As reported by Central PA Humane Society, Bailey had “lacerations on her head that were stitched and are healing nicely”. The organization further said that Bailey “is on medications for pain, inflammation, and recovery, along with a strict feeding schedule to help her gain weight safely”.

Police said the juvenile was charged with animal cruelty related offenses.

The investigation is ongoing.

Authorities did not disclose the name of the furvictim who was found deceased. I took the liberty of naming him/her Labuan for the tribute image. Should his/her given name be made public, I will rectify it accordingly.

This world would be a better world if these sick psychos did not exist. I strongly believe that "An Eye For An Eye Equals Justice".
