KOSHAUN DION BAKER accused of performing unnatural sex acts on two horses

In relation to an incident where two horses were sexually abused, New Orleans Police now have a suspect in custody.


The abuse happened in December.


Nola.com reports that new DNA evidence was found in the horse stables at City Park were the two innocent horses were abused.


The DNA matched a sample that was already in an FBI database.


This resulted in a warrant for a cheek swab of the suspect.


The suspect has been identified as 23-year-old KOSHAUN DION BAKER (pictured below).


Police have not released many details about the incident, they only said that surveillance cameras captured on December 15, a male slipping into the stables in the 1000 block of Filmore Avenue and inflicting “unnatural sex acts on two horses.”


The individual had a distinct tattoo on his right arm and was wearing a striped shirt.


The guardian of one of the two horses is Orleans Parish Sheriff Marlin Gusman.


BAKER is facing felony charges of sexual abuse of an animal which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison upon a conviction.
