Investigation underway after dogs, puppies, and fowls were removed from a Harris County home

An investigation is underway after Harris County Precinct 1 Constable Animal Cruelty Investigators and Houston SPCA removed several dogs and fowls from a home in northeast Harris County.


Constable Alan Rosen of Harris County Precinct 1 said in a news release that last month, investigators responded to the home in question, after receiving reports of an abandoned dog with a litter of puppies. “On scene, investigators discovered three severely emaciated dogs and three underweight young dogs,” stated the release. The conditions of the animals present on the property, let officials to remove eight dogs, sixteen puppies, and fowls for immediate medical care.


Constable Alan Rosen said this investigation is ongoing and criminal charges are pending.

Oh they are so thin! I’m so happy to know they’ve been rescued. Some people definitely do not deserve animals period! They so need to be punished for starving, neglecting, & abandoning these babies.
