Being in the right place at the right time saved a dog’s life.

On Thursday, September 19, Officer Joseph Puglia with the Pinellas Park Police Department was on his way to work when he saw a dog who had been hit by a car while trying to cross I-275 near 38th Ave N.

The Police Department posted on their Facebook page that Officer Puglia immediately swerved over to block the pup from traffic.

He then got an emergency blanket out of the truck, wrapped up the furbaby, and called the station to inform them that he was taking him to Pinellas Animal Hospital.

The beautiful pup, aptly named Lucky, is expected to make a full recovery.

He was not wearing a tag or a collar and does not have a chip so it might be difficult to track down his human parents.

If no one comes forward to claim him, Officer Puglia has a few family members who would like to adopt him.

Many thanks Officer Puglia for saving this precious life.

Faunistic Park ‘Le Cornelle’, zoo and amusement park in Valbrembo, is celebrating the birth of two black panther cubs.

Over and over again I watched the video showing one of the two cubs playing with mama panther and it’s just too sweet!

The parents of the nameless cubs are 8-year-old Richard and 6-year-old Kala and they had their first baby named Leyla, in 2017.

The cubs are one male and a female. They were born on July 22, but the video has just recently emerged.

Le Cornelle’s website reports that the cubs almost two months after their birth, are leaving the safety of the den they were born in to explore the outside area they share with their mom.

According to the website, the babies are regularly examined by the park’s veterinarians and are in good health.

There is a contest on the park’s Facebook page to choose a name for the furbabies: https://www.facebook.com/lecornelle/

Welcome to the world baby girl and baby boy and congratulations to mom and dad!

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office posted on their Facebook page that deputies were dispatched to check out a suspicious car that was partially flooded.

Deputy Josh Tolliver found a tiny pup inside.

According to the department, the furbaby was wet and scared but in overall good health. She was aptly named Dorian and she has been adopted by Deputy Tolliver.

Thank you, deputy for adopting this beautiful baby.

Thank you all for saving her!
