On January 14, the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office received a copy of a video that had been posted on Facebook showing a male engaging in a horrifying act of animal cruelty.

The video showed the male “snatching a small hound dog by his neck out of the dog box on the back of a pickup truck. The subject threw the dog in a hole and shot it several times while recording the whole incident”, stated a news release.

The male subject then shared the sickening video on Facebook.

An investigation identified the individual in the video as 19-years-old NOAH BLAINE CHANDLER (pictured below), resident in Clarendon County.

The sheriff’s office said an arrest warrant for CHANDLER was obtained on Tuesday, January 18.

The filthy murderer was arrested and taken to the Clarendon County Detention Center.

Online records show he is no longer in custody!

As explained in the release: “Animal Cruelty is a felony and upon conviction, a person must be punished by imprisonment of not less than one hundred eighty days and not to exceed five years and by a fine of five thousands dollars.”
