Horse rescued after being trapped for two hours in a deep hole

- California, USA -

On Wednesday night, March 25, the Emergency Response Team with the San Diego Humane Society was called out to Guatay to assist with the rescue of a horse.

The poor horse named Tucson had been stuck for two hours in a deep, muddy hole.

The Emergency Response Team used rope rescue techniques to free Tucson and as soon as he was out of the hole he was treated for minor injuries and dehydration, as reported by the San Diego Humane Society.

The organization wrote in their Facebook post that Tucson is expected to make a full recovery.

Thank you all for saving this precious life!

No matter what is going on in the world right now animals need heroes like you NOW more than ever.

Thank you!!!
