DAVID MOSLEY arrested for murdering an innocent cat in occult ritual and posting videos of the abominable act on social media

The New York City Police Department arrested 26-year-old DAVID MOSLEY (pictured).

MOSLEY is accused of torturing and beating to death an innocent and defenseless cat as part of an occult ritual and then posting videos of the repugnant act on social media.

MOSLEY killed the cat at his Fordham North apartment, Bronx, after midnight on October 17, 2025.

The picture of the deceased cat that MOSLEY posted on his now deleted Instagram account “@churchofububal”, shows the lifeless body of the feline laying on a wooden floor in a drawn circle surrounded by arcane symbols, lit candles, and blood.

The Neighborhood Vet took to Facebook to alert local animal rescues to the situation and to warn them not to adopt any animals to MOSLEY.

Part of the Facebook post read: “DO NOT ADOPT OUT to this individual. If you HAVE and have a name and location, please report him. 

I normally would not post this as it is not directly veterinary related.  But in the current state of the world where rescues are trying so hard to adopt out and clear shelters.....sometimes pets get into the wrong hands.”

Then, with regard to the cat, the post stated: “The cat that he has killed and made comments about is a RECENTLY spayed, well fed cat based on a shaved abdomen.  There may be an ear tip but can not make it out well.  I will not be posting a picture of the cat.  If you are missing a white cat with tabby markings, recently spayed/shaved abdomen, please contact me. “

MOSLEY, whom the New York Post described as a “wannabe Bronx rapper”, was arrested on the morning of Thursday, October 30, 2025. The news agency reported that MOSLEY was arrested “after boasting in a YouTube rant that he was inspired by a Norwegian black metal band whose bassist ‘literally murdered’ another member of his band, an apparent reference to the band Mayhem.”

According to the New York Post, MOSLEY’s actions are “to promote his small-time music career”.

MOSLEY was charged with one count of torturing/injuring/not feeding an animal, one count of disposal of dead animals, one count of aggravated cruelty to animals, and two counts of criminal mischief.

I took the liberty of naming the furvictim Angel for the tribute image. Should his/her given name be made public, I will rectify it accordingly.
