The Greybull Police Department is reaching out to the public for assistance in locating 55-years-old CAROL REA KAISER (pictured).
In a statement police said that KAISER has a felony warrant out of Big Horn County for twenty-five (25) counts of cruelty to animals.
At this time police have not disclosed any additional information.
