UPDATE: ALEXANDER BROCK SMITH will not be going to jail for torturing a wounded deer

- Pennsylvania, Jefferson County, USA -

UPDATE on 18-year-old ALEXANDER BROCK SMITH (pictured below), one of the two sick juveniles involved in the beating and the torturing of a defenseless wounded whitetail deer that happened in November 2019.

6WJAC reports that last week, SMITH pleaded guilty to misdemeanor cruelty to animals and four summary offenses.

SMITH was originally facing multiple felonies related to aggravated cruelty to animals, but those charges were dismissed.

SMITH, the stepson of Chief Vince Markle with Brookville Police Department, will only spend two years on probation.

He will be required to perform 200 hours of community service, and he will lose his hunting license for only 15 years.

Many of you may remember the sickening video which showed SMITH and the other sick teen, CODY HETRICK, holding down the wounded deer after they shot him.

They mercilessly kicked the poor animal and stomped on his head multiple times.

These despicable subjects then posted the revolting video on Snapchat and outraged comments poured in from around the world.

The incident was investigated by the Pennsylvania Game Commission.

Authorities said no favoritism was being shown in the case.
