Ross Township Police said that the male who was caught on surveillance video brutally beating a small dog in the parking lot of a motel along McKnight Road has come forward and has surrendered the victim to police custody.
The SENSELESS, CRUEL, and COWARDLY attack on a small being unable to fight back happened on the afternoon on Tuesday, May 25, in the parking lot of the InTown Suites.
TRIBLIVE reports that detective Brian Kohlhepp said the subject, whose identity has not been made public, was not arrested.
Detective Kohlhepp said charges, if any, will be determined based on the medical report after the dog has been examined.
I have watched the video and putting aside the huge knot on my stomach for what I saw, I froze and remained speechless to see that there were two other worthless individuals present while the defenseless dog was being hit and let the abuse take place!
Footage shows two males, a female, and the furbaby in the parking lot walking towards their black GMC Yukon.
At some point the dog runs into a grassy area, one of the two males picks up the dog, hands him/her to the other male who immediately throws a forceful and violent punch at the furbaby.
The filthy abuser then chokes the dog before slamming him/her in the vehicle.
Once the poor dog is in the vehicle, the abuser can be seen repeatedly punching his defenseless victim.
Before these subhumans drive away, the footage shows the abuser throwing things at someone.
TRIBLIVE reports that the abuser was throwing items at guests of the hotel who witnessed the incident and were yelling at him from their window.
I cannot believe police are considering whether or not charges will be filed against this lowlife.
He should be charged BASED ON THE EVIDENCE, regardless of what the medical report says!!!
