27-year-old SIERRA MANLEY (pictured below) was arrested on Tuesday, May 26, in Pinellas Park, and charged with one count of felony animal cruelty.
A deputy went to the female’s home on 56th Street North and had to force their way into the home after multiple attempts to get MANLEY’s attention.
Once inside the property, the deputy discovered a lifeless dog in the backyard.
The poor furbaby was found under a white cover, tied to a shed without food or water.
He had been left like that for many days.
The despicable female was identified as the guardian of the deceased dog.
The arrest report states that MANLEY was aware that the dog had passed away on Friday, May 22.
In fact, on Sunday, May 24, she was texting a friend mentioning the dog being dead and stinking.
Reportedly, MANLEY told deputies she was in Miami between Friday and Tuesday and she left the dog tethered outside.
*Asking someone to look after the innocent dog while she was going to be away would have been the humane thing to do and this subject is everything except for humane!!!*
MANLEY BONDED OUT OF JAIL!!!
