SAVELLI is now listed in the Cuyahoga County Animal Abuse Registry.

The Highland Heights Police Department arrested one of filthiest murderers I have come across so far.

35-year-old PHILLIP SAVELLI (pictured below), turned himself in after police put out a warrant for his arrest after he murdered a tiny breathing being unable to fight back and dial 911 for help!

On Wednesday, June 2, Ms. Helga Semaj went back home to find her 10-month-old Yorkie named Coco lifeless in her bed.

According to 19 News, Ms. Semaj looked at her home security footage and saw that her boyfriend, SAVELLI, submerged Coco in water in the sink, he then put her in the freezer multiple times until the furbaby died.

SAVELLI then put Coco back in her bed.

Ms. Semaj turned over to police the tape containing the HORRIFIC and SENSELESS torture inflicted on Coco.

According to 19 News, Ms. Semaj, who does not want to go on camera, is sharing videos and pictures of her furbaby on her Instagram account.

SAVELLI’s first appearance was scheduled for the morning of Monday, June 7, at Lyndhurst Municipal Court but his lawyer, Patrick S. Leary, made a motion to continue the hearing.

The Lyndhurst Clerk of Courts told 19 News that SAVELLI, of 9235 Wyant Drive, Mentor, is slated to make his first appearance Monday, June 14.

A petition has been started addressed to Lyndhurst Municipal Court and Cleveland Municipal Court asking that the filthy murderer is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Speaking of law, when an animal is murdered, the offender should face murder charges, not animal cruelty! Lawmakers, start working on that!

Reporter Sia Nyorkor, of 19 News said: “No word on a motive or what may have been going on in the relationship that may have led to this horrific case.”

Well, NOTHING that can ever justify the murder of an animal!

No matter what happens between couples, ex-couples, neighbors, friends, and so on, animals are NOT objects of revenge or spite!
