Bethlehem Police are searching for the individual responsible for throwing a kitten out of a moving vehicle in the area of 770 Hellertown Road

The Bethlehem Police Department said that on Sunday, July 5, 2026, investigators received information that a kitten was thrown from the window of a moving vehicle in the area of 770 Hellertown Road.

Police said that the incident happened at approximately 5:09 p.m. After being thrown out of the window, the kitten was sadly struck by another vehicle and died as a result.

According to the police the witness was unable to provide a description of the suspected vehicle or its occupants, and investigators are now reaching out to the public for assistance.
