The Upper Darby Police Department arrested 28-years-old ANIGAR MONSEE (pictured), on January 19, 2024, following a tip from PETA about MONSEE torturing and killing innocent animals on her YouTube channel while soliciting encouragement from viewers.

According to the affidavit obtained by Voice For Us, PETA documented a “scantily-clad woman torturing rabbits, chickens, frogs, and pigeons by slowly disemboweling and otherwise mutilating the animals while still alive.” It was further documented that MONSEE was also “severing the struggling and screaming animals’ necks with a dull knife over the course of several minutes.”

Police said that MONSEE admitted to her cruel and barbaric actions.

Upper Darby Police Superintendent Timothy Bernhardt described a video in which the Voiceless Victim was a chicken and said: “During the video, she is soliciting more likes and more viewers. And once she gets to the point where she is satisfied with the number of viewers, she then proceeds -- over the course of 10 minutes -- to harm and ultimately kill that chicken.”

A video posted on January 17, 2024, called “Cooking Lucky” shows MONSEE torturing a chicken for 10 minutes, according to the affidavit. Toward the end of the video, she steps on the bird and kills it by slitting its throat with a dull knife.

Superintendent Bernhardt said that in other videos, MONSEE can be seen subjecting to the same horrifying ordeal many frogs, a pigeon, and a rabbit.

Other videos depict MONSEE “cutting the animals and scalding them with hot water.

In a video from September, MONSEE is seen disemboweling a frog while singing “Happy Death Day,” to the tune of “Happy Birthday.”

When detectives interviewed MONSEE, they were able to confirm that the kitchen in her apartment was identical to the kitchen seen in the most recent video. Other videos were recorded at MONSEE’s former residence in Colwyn.

MONSEE has been charged with four counts of aggravated animal cruelty. According to online records, she was unable to post 10% of her $200,000 bail and is being held into the George Hill Correctional Facility pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for February 5, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.

As Superintendent Bernhardt rightfully said: “Even more disturbing is that there are people out there that are entertained by this and there’s a platform out there that is allowing it.”
