An innocent dog was recently SENSELESSLY and CRUELLY MURDERED and the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department is reaching out to the public to identify the male responsible for this sadistic crime!

On Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at approximately 9:30 a.m., a Doorbell video captured “an unknown Hispanic or White male” parking in the 3000 block of Duffy Street in Muscoy.

The footage shows the male exiting the driver's door, walking to the passenger side of his vehicle, and letting a dog out of the truck. The video goes on to show the suspect getting back into the vehicle leaving the dog out while the furbaby’s tail is wagging unaware of what is about to happen to him/her.

Once the male is back in the truck, he INTENTIONALLY runs over the dog, killing the defenseless furbaby. The coward then fled the scene!

According to a news release by the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, the San Bernardino County Animal Care Department was dispatched to the location and recovered the deceased dog.

As part of the investigation, Sheriff's Department investigators obtained video surveillance of the incident and screenshots of the suspect and the vehicle which has been described to possibly be a Nissan Titan.

PLEASE, do not make the mistake of thinking that this individual is just another animal abuser. Do not underestimate what happened here. If the suspect did not want the dog, the humane thing to do would have been to surrender the furbaby to a shelter. The fact that he resorted to murder, strongly indicates that his innate nature will make him move on to humans next. He must be found as soon as possible.

If you have any information about this case, I beg you, come forward and speak up for the VOICELESS VICTIM.

The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office charged 31-years-old TIMOTHY ELISHA KING (pictured), of Winston-Salem, with felony cruelty to animals.

In a news release, the sheriff’s office said that on November 15, 2022,a concerned citizen alerted deputies to “a dog possibly being tethered in the backyard of a residence.”

A deputy assigned to the sheriff’s office’s Animal Services Division responded to the residence and met with KING, the dog’s guardian. KING told the deputy that the dog had died.

When the deputy was allowed into the backyard, he found “the body of a large brown and white dog, still tethered to a cable attached to a clothesline post,” stated the release.

The deputy seized the furbaby’s body to be sent to the Northwestern Animal Disease Diagnostic Lab for a necropsy. The sheriff’s office said that results “determined that the dog likely died of starvation.” The sheriff’s office also explained that the initial necropsy lab results have been submitted to a veterinarian who specializes in forensic examination to determine the extent of the conditions which led to the death of the dog.

KING is charged with one count of felony cruelty to animals for causing the dog to be tortured, mutilated, maimed, cruelly beaten, disfigured, poisoned, or killed and one misdemeanor count of restraining a dog by using a tether.

KING appeared before a Magistrate and received a $5,000 unsecured bond.

According to online records, he is expected back in court on the morning of Thursday, January 5, 2023.

Forsyth County Sheriff Bobby F. Kimbrough, Jr. said: “There is a correlation between how a community cares for its animals and how we care for one another. We must always protect those who cannot look after themselves. Here at the FCSO, we will always care for, show compassion to, and fight for those who cannot do so for themselves, whether they are two-legged or four-legged members of our community.”

The sheriff’s office said the investigation is ongoing.

A grand jury is moving forward with animal cruelty charges against 36-years-old MICHAEL ALEXANDER MCCALISTER (pictured), accused of shooting his neighbor’s dog and burying him in his backyard. McDuffie County Georgia Superior Court tells me that MCCALISTER’s case was presented to the grand jury on Monday, December 12, 2022, and he was indicted for the charge of aggravated cruelty to animals.

The murder of the furbaby, a 9-year-old white Great Pyrenees named Larry, took place in December 2021.

Larry was a family dog who had been rescued by the non-profit 2 Hands Saving 4 Paws Humane Society Inc.

WRDW/WAGT reports that that Maria Elena Salvaggio, director of 2 Hands Saving 4 Paws Humane Society Inc, said Larry disappeared on December 19, 2021, and they searched 54 acres looking for him. “Could not find him all day long,” she said.

After several hours, the family was notified that MCCALISTER had found Larry and said he thought the furbaby had been hit by a car.

Ms. Salvaggio said: “He believed that Larry was injured and was calling around for vets and said that he couldn’t get any help.” A police report stated that a local vet told MCCALISTER to bring Larry in, but MCCALISTER did not!

MCCALISTER told police and Larry’s family he took Larry back to where he found him but police said that was not true!

MCCALISTER’s neighbor said that at around 5:30 p.m., she had heard gunshots coming from MCCALISTER’s backyard. Police eventually found a hole in MCCALISTER’s backyard and discovered that Larry had been shot and placed inside a box before being buried.

Ms. Salvaggio said: “It’s a vision that I’ll never forget. It’s not the way I wanted to remember Larry.”

A necropsy performed on Larry showed that he did not have any broken bones or injured organs.

According to online records, the McDuffie County Sheriff’s Office arrested the filthy murderer on February 24, 2022.

McDuffie County Georgia Superior Court’s clerk further told me that MCCALISTER’s next arraignment is scheduled for June 1, 2023.
