On the afternoon of Friday, January 27, 2023, the Kentucky State Police arrested 27-years-old TRISTAN WAYNE HOLLIN (pictured), accused of shooting and killing twelve puppies.

Police said that on Friday they received reports that twelve puppies had been killed in the 1800 block of Dry Ridge Road, in Eastview, Hardin County.

Troopers responded to the scene and learned from witnesses, including Mr. Joshua Hollin, the puppies’ guardian, that HOLLIN had told them he had killed the puppies and that he had a gun.

Mr. Hollin told police he saw a “large amount of blood” in an outbuilding on the property.

Police were unable to make contact with HOLLIN so a search warrant was obtained and executed at Mr. Hollin’s property. The search led to the discovery of the outbuilding which appeared to be an animal pen, and the lifeless bodies of three puppies in a container near a shovel and pile of dirt. Trooper then located HOLLIN in a bedroom of the property and he admitted to killing the puppies. HOLLIN told troopers he first shot the puppies and then gave the gun to his uncle who lives next door. HOLLIN went on to say that he had buried all the puppies in a hole next to where the other three were found.

Police took HOLLIN into custody and charged him with twelve counts of second-degree animal cruelty, thirteen counts of tampering with physical evidence, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Online records show that HOLLIN is being held at the Hardin County Detention Center on a $7,500.

The filthy murderer’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 3, 2023.

HOLLIN is on probation until October 2023, for previous crimes.

I have emailed the Kentucky State Police and requested additional information about the VOICELESS VICTIMS. If I get a response, I will post and update.

Through a Facebook post, the Calhoun City Police Department is asking the community to be “patient” while along with the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office, it is “working diligently” on solving an animal cruelty case. No, wait, let me call it as it is, MURDER!

Part of the Department’s post reads: “CCPD is well aware of the incidents involving someone's pet.” Well, while to the Calhoun City Police Department Sipsey was just someone’s pet, for Joey and Natalie Knight, Sipsey was a member of their family!

On Saturday, January 21, 2023, after hearing a gunshot and alerting deputies, Mr. Knight found Sipsey, his 9-year-old dog in the backyard of his neighbor, 28-years-old RAPHAEL MCCLAIN (pictured), a member of the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

Mr. Knight told WCBI that he asked his neighbor: “I said McClain did you shoot my dog?” According to Mr. Knight, MCCLAIN answered: “Yeah, I shot your dog.”

Mr. Knight further told WCBI that a few days before Sipsey was killed, MCCLAIN had shot their other dog, Zelda. Zelda is alive but according to a GoFundMe organized by Mr. Knight, “She has been at the vet for a chest wound and having her front leg amputated.”

Mr. Knight recounted the moments he found Sipsey and said: “I was not expecting to see what I saw and what I can describe it as is complete and utter horror that he had allegedly thrown our dog on top of his burn pile with burnt debris and aerosol cans and trash bags and everything on it as if he was about to burn him.”

Mr. Knight said he is aware that Sipsey had bitten MCCLAIN three years ago, but he cannot comprehend why MCLAIN would do such a thing now.

Sipsey’s family has filed charges in hopes of getting justice for their furbaby.

MCCLAIN was arrested and “charged with felony aggravated cruelty to cat or dog,” reports WTVA. Calhoun City police say they are still waiting for more information for possible misdemeanor charges. A judge set bond at $5,000, and online records show that MCCLAIN is no longer in custody!

The Mississippi Department of Public Safety and the Mississippi Highway Patrol are aware of this matter and will not be commenting on the subject at this time.

On Wednesday, January 25, 2023, the Surprise Police Department arrested 20-years-old ROGER HENRY ALEXANDER (pictured) for beating an innocent javelina to death with a baseball bat.

ALEXANDER is a sophomore at Ottawa University based in Surprise, a private Christian university, where he's an outfielder on the baseball team.

According to the Arizona Game and Fish Department website, “Though some people think javelina are a type of wild pig, they are actually members of the peccary family, a group of hoofed mammals originating from South America.”

The murder of the defenseless creature was captured on camera and posted on Snapchat.

Police said that on January 18, 2023, ALEXANDER, parked in the area of Bullard Avenue and Waddell Road with his headlights on, blinding the javelina. ALEXANDER then exited the vehicle with a baseball bat and batting gloves and SENSELESSLY and CRUELLY hit the javelina in the head causing his/her death. Police said ALEXANDER is then seen on the video laughing and smiling.

ALEXANDER was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on one felony count of animal cruelty and one misdemeanor count of intentional unnecessary physical injury to an animal. He was also issued four citations by the Arizona Game and Fish Department.

According to the Arizona Game and Fish Department, it is unlawful to trap javelina and it is unlawful to injure or kill javelinas even if they are causing a problem, unless certain rigorous provisions under the law have been met.

Arizona’s Family reports that when ALEXANDER was taken into custody at a home near Litchfield and Greenway roads, officers asked him why he hit the javelina, and he said he thought they were a “nuisance animal,” so he didn’t think it mattered.

Kevin Steele, Athletic Director for Ottawa University, said in a statement to Arizona’s Family: “We have investigated the situation and communicated with officials from Arizona Fish and Wildlife, as well as, the Surprise Police Department. We regret that any one of our student-athletes were involved in this action but we are handling it properly and privately. Ottawa University will always hold its students to a high standard as we work and serve in the community we live.”

FOX 10 reports that ALEXANDER worked for Top Choice Officials A-Z, which trains umpires, and Bryan Fields said in a statement: “Top Choice Officials strongly condemn abuses of any kind. As an independent contractor, Roger Alexander will no longer be associated with Top Choice Officials.”
