ZACHARY JOSEPH MCMILLEN arrested after a home surveillance camera caught him kicking a dog

- Arizona, USA -

Authorities have arrested 29-years-old ZACHARY JOSEPH MCMILLEN (pictured below) after a home surveillance camera captured him kicking a dog multiple times.

MCMILLEN was taken into custody on the early morning of Thursday, March 10, at his Scottsdale home.

AZ Family reports that according to court documents, footage shows MCMILLEN in his backyard with the dog the day before his arrest. Police documented four kicks to the dog’s shoulder and chest area. After the first two, MCMILLEN appeared “to be looking around him to ... ensure that he was not being watched”, said police.

When officers questioned MCMILLEN about the incident, he said that he was “frustrated” because the dog was not going to the bathroom and said that he was just “nudging him.”

Police, however, saw more than just a nudge in the video.

In fact, officers reported: “The kicks are made with such force the camera picked-up (sic) an audiblethud’ [with] each strike.”

The report went on to say: “The dog appeared to be in distress while being kicked.”

Police have not released the video and have not said whether or not the VOICELESS VICTIM was taken to the vet.

MCMILLEN was arrested and released on his own recognizance. The judge said he cannot have contact with the dog who will be re-homed for now.

The monsters who take out their grievances & frustrations on an innocent animal deserve nothing less than jail time. These pathetic imbeciles feel they have the right to abuse these voiceless victims, therefore their rights must be interrupted jail. Abusing any animal or person due to their own inadequacies must be addressed with harsh reality, the abuser is the weakling. Many thanks to the police for the arrest of this cruel bully but not so many thanks to the judge for releasing him. Please get better Precious Souls.
