- North Carolina, Vance County, USA -

Friends of Vance County Animal Shelter wrote in a Facebook post that on Wednesday, February 17, Vance County Animal Services responded to a call to the 600 block area of Pool Rock Road in Henderson, about two dogs in crates on the side of the road.

The responding officer discovered two lifeless male dogs who looked to have been dumped as if their lives did not matter.

One of the two furbabies, white and black in color, was in a small wire crate covered with a black trap.

The other furbaby, a brown brindle, was found in a light tan crate.

Ruin Creek Animal Protection Society is offering a $5,000 reward in exchange for information leading to the criminal conviction of those responsible for the death of two innocent dogs.
