REWARD offered in the case of murdered and abandoned cats in Dunn County

- Wisconsin, USA -

The Dunn County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a case that is beyond sick and beyond cruel!

As reported by The Humane Society Of The United States, according to Dunn County Humane Society, on the evening of April 27, the Dunn County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance with a call about numerous cats who had been abandoned at the side of rural roads in the southwest area of Spring Brook.

Sadly, eighteen of the furbabies had been shot and killed.

Thirty-four were recovered alive.

Ms. Megan Nicholson, Wisconsin state director for the Humane Society of the United States, said: “The horror these cats and kittens experienced as they were abandoned—and many callously killed--is unthinkable. The suffering of these cats is taking an emotional toll on the incredible staff of the Dunn County Humane Society.”

A reward is being offered in exchange for information leading to the criminal conviction of the human feces responsible for these murders and callous abandonments.

I learned from a recent update posted by The Dunn County Humane Society that The Humane Society of the United States has added $5000 to the reward bringing the total reward to $10,000.

The HSUS had initially offered a reward of $2,500 which was later raised to $5,000 thanks to a generous donation from a board member.

If you have information regarding these murders and abandonments of innocent cats, I beg you, come forward and speak up.

These sick minds must be removed from our streets.
