PAMELA SUE MCNEILL accused of hanging her two dogs in a tree for growling at each other

On February 15, Brown County Sheriff’s Deputies went to a Parks and Ride in Howard to investigate a suspicious situation.
Deputies learned that a public works employee had found in the area a dog hanging from a tree. At the same time, deputies received a report about woman who was eating food inside a Kwik Trip without paying for it.
There, deputies found 57-years-old PAMELA SUE MCNEILL (pictured below) who was eating food off a plate.
It turned out that deputies had also encountered MCNEILL at the Park and Ride the day prior and she had a dog with her. The furbaby was the same one who was later discovered hanging in a tree.
MCNEILL was transported to the Brown County Jail where she stated she had killed both of her dogs by hanging them in trees.
MCNEILL further stated that the dogs were growling at each other and snapping at each other. She said neither dog had snapped at her or tried to bite her.
She said she had hung the dogs on Monday.
MC NEILL’s statement reads: “On Monday February 14, 2022 around dusk. Both of my dogs started snapping at each other and growling while they were in the passenger seat of my car. I tried to pet them and they growled at me, but never snapped at me. I told them I was not going to live with that and I told them I loved them and that I hoped to see them someday.”
Deputies found the second dog hanging from a tree near where the first dog was found.
FOX11 reports that according to the complaint, both dogs appeared to be Pomeranians.
MCNEILL was charged with two counts of Felony mistreatment of animals causing death and two counts of Felony bail jumping.
On the afternoon of Wednesday, February 16, MCNEILL appeared in court by video from the jail for an initial appearance.
As reported by FOX11, the court commissioner ordered MCNEILL held on a $5,000 cash bond and referred the case to a judge to determine if a competency exam should be ordered.
That hearing is scheduled to take place on February 28, 2022.
If convicted, the filthy murderer faces up to only 3 years, 6 months in the prison system for each count.

So now these murderers can cry mental if they torture & kill innocent voiceless souls! She was sane enough to drive, order food & feed herself. And by the looks of her mugshot she even applied makeup albeit scarily wicked. This monster deserves so much more than just 3 1/2 year, but she will be serving eternity in Hell. RIP POM POMS!
