NOAH WALKER COUNTS arrested after witnesses saw him abusing a 3-month-old puppy

I heard back from Clearwater Police.
I learned that the 3-month-old female Rottweiler was “released to the custody of an extended family member.” Thankfully, the furbaby “did not sustain any significant injuries.”

The Clearwater Police Department announced the arrest of 20-years-old NOAH WALKER COUNTS (pictured below).
According to a news release, officers arrested COUNTS on Monday, March 14, after multiple witnesses saw COUNTS abusing a defenseless puppy on Clearwater Beach.
COUNTS was seen kicking a 3-month-old puppy in the face, dragging the furbaby by the leash, and throwing him/her over a wall.
The incident happened just after 5:30 p.m. near the Opal Sands Resort.
When officers questioned COUNTS about the incident, COUNTS said he was upset with the dog because the puppy was eating food that did not belong to him/her.
COUNTS was booked into the Pinellas County Jail.
Police said COUNTS “shouldn't have had the dog at the beach in the first place, because city ordinances do not allow dogs at that location. Officers also found a charcoal grill, which is illegal at the beach, and two open containers of alcohol, which also violate city ordinance.”
Police have not disclosed information about the VOICELESS VICTIM’s wellbeing so I have emailed Chief Daniel W. Slaughter. I will post an update if I get a response.
Online records show COUNTS was released after posting bond!

I contacted clw police dept and they said the same thing, that they released the puppy to an extended family member. I will do everything in my power to make sure that this dog does NOT belong to him. He doesn’t deserve to even be around any kind of animal. The only animal I I see is him! Give me two minutes in a room with him and I promise you he won’t ever kick a dog again!
Mullet wearing a**hole beats up puppy after drunken bbq on beach. Surprised?! Not! But it appears the authorities were more upset about the damn beach violations than the abuse of the blessed puppy. If we are going to get petty then maybe he should have also been charged with having a really weird haircut? Just asking. Then they gave the poor furbaby to this odd male’s relatives! That was a bad move! Watch this freak! I wager this isn’t his first time abusing. Please get better Precious Soul
