I wish that when taking a shameful mug shot they would insist smirking is not allowed. This punk MATTHEW SAVINOVICH, needs to have his cruel sadistic life turned upside down by held responsible for his cowardly sadistic acts of cruelty. So sad it took a year and four innocent deaths to see the light. I pray this human garbage stays in jail long enough to wipe that smirk off his ugly mug. RIP FUR BABIES.
