Lacy Lakeview Police look for cat killer after several cats found dead in “bizarre circumstances”

“The Lacy Lakeview Police Department has received a report of bizarre circumstances regarding animals taking place in the city”, said police in a brief news release.
According to the release, several cats have been found lifeless throughout the city.
Police said the small heads of the VOICELESS VICTIMS had been stuffed into plastic bags or potato chip bags.
Police are now reaching out to the public for help with the investigation.
If you have any information regarding this case or if you find “a deceased animal with similar circumstances”, please come forward and speak up.
Whoever is responsible for murdering these innocent and defenseless furbabies must be found and must face legal consequences.
