KYLEIGH LOWER and DECOSTA NEAL BOBAK charged after two dogs were found malnourished

The Indiana Borough Police Department has filed animal cruelty charges against 22-years-old KYLEIGH LOWER and 23-years-old DECOSTA NEAL BOBAK (both pictured below) in connection with an incident that happened in February.
According to The Indiana Gazette, police said that on February 16, while officers were conducting an unrelated investigation, they observed a malnourished dog at a home along North Fourth Street in the borough.
The following day, Criminal Investigators with the police department launched an investigation and went to a residence on 71 North Fourth Street where they found two dogs who were malnourished, with visible sores. The furbabies were in confined areas where urine and feces were present. One of the two VOICELESS VICTIMS was in a location without heat, said police.
Police charged LOWER and BOBAK with aggravated animal cruelty.
The furbabies were voluntarily surrendered to the Indiana County Humane Society.
Earlier this week at their arraignment LOWER and BOBAK faced Indiana Magisterial District Judge Guy B. Haberl.
Judge Haberl released these two worthless individuals on unsecured bonds of $5,000 each.
The duo will be back in court for a preliminary hearing on the afternoon of Thursday, April 21, 2022.
Indiana Borough Police were assisted by the Indiana County District Attorney’s Office, the Indiana County Humane Society and its officers.

From the pics it appears that although two FURBABIES were found malnourished, these two never missed a meal! Greedy selfish idiots. Thanks to the police for discovering these precious souls. These two need to be reminded how painful starvation is since obviously they don’t have first hand experience to that feeling. Please get better Precious Souls.
