A Madison County Grand Jury indicted 25-years-old KRISTIN CHEYANNE BILLIONS (pictured below) on multiple animal cruelty charges.
The indictment refers to crimes committed by BILLIONS in December 2020, when she starved her three dogs to death.
WAAYTV reports that according to the indictment, BILLIONS “did intentionally torture, by doing physical injury to a dog … thereby causing the death of said canine” on three occasions, leading to three counts of first-degree cruelty to animals.
WAAYTV further reports that the fourth count in the indictment stems from BILLIONS “depriving a dog ‘of necessary sustenance or shelter,’ earning her a charge of second-degree cruelty to animals.”
Records show that the dog involved in this charge survived but was “in poor health.”
BILLIONS was arrested in July 2021, and then released on a ridiculous $500 bond.
