JUSTIN WILLIAMS seen on videos choking a Chihuahua before putting him/her in a dryer

The Boston Police Department announced that following a joint investigation by the MSPCA and Boston Animal Care and Control, officers arrested 32-years-old JUSTIN WILLIAMS.
Police said the investigation was launched on Monday March 14, 2022, after investigators received a disturbing video showing WILLIAMS choking a small dog, believed to be a Chihuahua, while yelling profanities.
Police also said that a second video then showed WILLIAMS throwing the furbaby into a clothes dryer and setting it on the highest possible temperature before turning it on.
Investigators went to WILLIAMS’ home to investigate.
On the afternoon of Wednesday, March 16, officers and detectives assigned to the BPD Youth Violence Strike Force arrested WILLIAMS at his home pursuant to an arrest warrant issued out of Dorchester District Court on charges of cruelty to animals.
Animal Control took custody of the VOICELESS VICTIM for treatment and evaluation.
Police have not released the condition of the dog and said that the investigation remains active and ongoing at this time.
WILLIAMS has since been arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
