JONATHAN CHRISTOPHER KOLSTER arrested after being seen on video decapitating a duck

Two males have been seen on video chasing a flock of wild ducks outside a Mittagong club on Saturday, January 22.
Police said witnesses saw the two males chasing the flock in the Mittagong RSL parking lot before one of the defenseless ducks was caught and decapitated.
The stomach-wrenching video showed one of the two subjects throwing the duck to the ground before appearing to toy with the duck‘s head by opening and closing his/her bill.
After police released the sickening footage, one of the two males was identified as 24-years-old JONATHAN CHRISTOPHER KOLSTER (pictured below).
KOLSTER, an electrician of Colo Vale, turned himself in at Southern Highlands Police Station on the afternoon of Wednesday, January 26.
According to Brownil, KOLSTER has been charged with recklessly beating and killing an animal and committing an act of cruelty on an animal.
He was additionally charged with unrelated site visitors offences.
The murderer was refused bail and is scheduled to appear before Moss Vale Local Court on Thursday, January 27.
As reported by Daily Mail, no charges have been laid against the other male involved in the incident.
Daily Mail reports that Animal Justice Party NSW MP Mark Pearson said: “I commend the police and community for working swiftly together to bring about justice for this innocent duck. Ultimately this isn’t about one animal. This is now a larger story about how Australians don’t accept animal cruelty in any form, and how the community wants to see people who intentionally hurt animals feel the full force of the law.”

Oh, God. I couldn't even look at those pictures. This is so sickening my stomach has a knot right now. I pray that karma comes around for these disgusting & evil men who should be, rightfully, euthanized as a menace to all living things on this earth.
