I am now able to provide additional information about the VOICELESS VICTIM.
I learned from the dog’s guardian that the furbaby is a male English Mastiff just under 2 years old.
The guardian declined to disclose the dog’s name.
The furbaby “ has been fully examined by a veterinarian (physical examination, x-rays and blood work) and there was no sign of injuries.”
He is “behaving normal - a goofy, happy & sweet boy.”

The Chandler Police Department said in a news release that on April 18, it received a report of animal cruelty.
The reporting party showed an officer a distressing video that appeared on an app depicting 36-years-old JOHN WAYMAN (pictured) kicking and punching a dog he was dogsitting.
KTVU reports that Chandler Police Detective Eva Zermeño said: “The officer took the reporting party's information and used police databases to identify the dog owner. After locating the dog owner, the officer interviewed the victim and confirmed they were willing to aide in prosecution.”
Information provided to police led to the identification of WAYMAN.
According to the release, WHYMAN “cooperated with police and met with officers at the Chandler Police Downtown precinct.”
Police said WYMAN was arrested, cited, and processed for one count of animal cruelty inflicting injury, a class 1 Misdemeanor.
I have emailed the Chandler Police Department to inquire about the VOICELESS VICTIM’s wellbeing as well as additional information about him/her.
I will post an updated if I get a response.
