JEREMY GALLOWAY sets house on fire with two dogs inside for insurance money

- Indiana, USA -

Former Indiana State Police Trooper 44-year-old JEREMY GALLOWAY (pictured below), was arrested February 5, and is facing animal cruelty charge, two counts of arson, one count of arson with intent to defraud, and one count of insurance fraud.

GALLOWAY is accused of setting on fire his own home in the 1200 block of Main Street in Tell City on purpose for insurance money.

The incident happened on October 13, 2019.

Two dogs who were inside the property lost their precious lives.

At first GALLOWAY was placed on administrative leave without pay, but, after his arrest, he handed in his resignation.

GALLOWAY’s ex-wife, Kimberly Pounds, told 44News: “When I think of Jeremy Galloway, I think of an actual monster.”

She added: “He doesn’t have the capability of loving human beings or animals.” “If a cat came into our yard, he would kill it with a 22. When he moved me away from our family, a coyote came up by the back door and he got a gun and blew it’s head off. He thought that was funny.”

GALLOWAY was taken to Perry County Jail and bonded out!
