Investigation underway after three kittens are thrown out of a moving vehicle

- North Yorkshire, England -

Police are reaching out to the public in hopes of finding whoever is responsible for throwing three kittens from a moving vehicle.

Sadly, the furbabies passed away.

Some outlets report that two kittens have died.

The cruel and senseless incident happened on Thursday, November 19, between 2:00 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. on Water Skellgate and Bondgate Green in Ripon.

The vehicle in question was seen driving eastbound from the direction of Ripon towards the A61 bypass along Bondgate Green and onto Boroughbridge Road.

The vehicle’s color is described as brown or gold.

YorkshireLive reports that a resident spotted the injured kittens and stopped his car trying to save their lives.

His wife, Susan Lund, told YorkshireLive: “It’s devastated him seeing this and for him to tell me what he saw has left me feeling shocked, upset, disgusted but very angry about what a person can actually do to a defenseless little animal.”

There are countless resources that can help people with “unwanted” animals.

Abandoning and throwing animals out of vehicles is NEVER an option!!!

The furbabies have lost their precious lives and they had the right to be loved and live a happy life.

They could have been surrendered to a shelter or their mom could have been spayed!!!

In my book this is murder, but the law will not see it the same way I do!

If you have information related to this heinous case, please come forward and speak up!

Please check your surveillance cameras, your Ring Doorbell Camera, or your phones.

Maybe you were out filming things and have the vehicle in your videos without realizing it.
