The Xenia Police Department are investigating after a video was posted on Snapchat showing a defenseless cat being thrown in the air by a heartless and soulless moron.
Another moron can be heard laughing in the video after the innocent furbaby hits the ground.
The video ends right after the furbaby hits the ground and his/her condition is unknown at this time.
The coward who took out his frustrations on a helpless cat covered his face through a feature on the app.
The community is outraged and eager to help.
Captain Gary Johnson told News Center 7 that the video was in fact taken in Xenia along North Fair Street.
After the department reached out to social media, they received helpful information on who the subject is.
Mr. David Mills, like many people is not happy about the video and said: “I take a pretty strong hand when it comes to animal abuse. I think it should be prosecuted to the fullest extent.”
WHIO reports that “Police say that if they do make an arrest, the city prosecutor will review the case to determine if any charges should be filed.”
I really don’t know what’s to be determined.
Grab the criminal and throw him in jail!!!
