EARLINE MILLIGAN arrested for allowing her one-year-old dog to become severely emaciated

Following an investigation by the Suffolk County SPCA, detectives have charged 42-years-old EARLINE MILLIGAN for neglecting her dog.
MILLIGAN is accused of neglecting her 1-year-old male Pitbull mix named Simba.
In a news release, the Suffolk County SPCA said that MILLIGAN allowed Simba “to become severely emaciated and to suffer from multiple infected open sores” all over his body “for a lengthy period without obtaining medical treatment, causing injury, pain, and suffering to the dog.”
MILLIGAN, of 31 Lafayette Street, Huntington, was arrested on May 27, on one count of animal cruelty, a class A Misdemeanor.
Online court records show that MILLIGAN is scheduled to appear in Suffolk First District Court, Central Islip, on Thursday, June 16, 2022, at 09:00 a.m.
