DAVID DEION SCOTT arrested for neglecting two horses who were found loose in west Tulsa

The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office said that its investigators arrested 37-years-old DAVID DEION SCOTT (pictured).
SCOTT is accused of abusing his two horses who were found wandering near S. 97th West Avenue and Mingo on Monday, May 16. Both horses were underweight.
SCOTT was arrested for two counts of cruelty to animals after former felony conviction.
The sheriff’s office said in a news release that the horses will be available for adoption once the criminal case has been resolved.
