The Dallas Police Department is reaching out to the public in hopes of finding the subhuman who abandoned a tan and black German Shephard type puppy.
Police said in a release that the incident happened on Wednesday, September 15, at approximately 10:13 p.m.
The suspect was driving a black SUV and callously dumped the furbaby in a crate in front of a closed store in the 3400 block of Bonnie View Road in Dallas.
No further details were released.
