The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office kindly responded to my email and I learned that the VOICELESS VICTIM was a male named Wilbur Patches.
Wilbur Patches was approximately 13-years-old.

Tulsa County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 50-years-old CASSANDRA LEE AINSWORTH and 54-years-old RONALD JOE AINSWORTH (both pictured below) on animal cruelty charges.
In a news release the sheriff’s office said that a tip led deputies to the couple’s home in Collinsville where they found a Boxer tied to a tree in the yard.
“The dog had a deep wound that was covered in flies and maggots. The dog was unable to move”, stated the release.
KTUL reports that authorities received a call in November 2021, about a dog who was tied to a tree in the couple’s backyard .
A deputy from the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office and an animal control officer from the Collinsville Police Department met up at the residence and officer Amber Smith “appeared to be extremely upset and possibly crying” when she saw the poor dog.
Officer Smith took the VOICELESS VICTIM to the Catoosa Small Animal Hospital where a veterinarian determined he needed to be euthanized to end his suffering.
The sheriff’s office said that the veterinarian who examined the furbaby said he had been neglected for so long, that he was septic and could not be saved.
KTUL further reports that the couple told investigators they had had the dog for 10 years and the wife mostly took care of him. The wife told officials that the last time she gave the dog food and water he seemed fine but planned to take him to the vet because she noticed a foul stench.
The husband said he did not notice anything wrong with the dog.
The couple are now facing animal cruelty charges.
Online arrest records show they were arrested on the evening of Tuesday, January 11, and released about three hours later!
According to online court records, the couple are scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at 9:00 a.m.
