CARL TRAVIS JR. arrested - He filmed himself murdering kittens and then posted videos on Snapchat

- Mississippi, USA -

The Grenada Police Department arrested 18-years-old CARL TRAVIS JR. (pictured) in connection with the sadistic murders of innocent kittens that TRAVIS filmed and then posted to Snapchat.

In Defense of Animals, the international animal advocacy organization operating Hope Animal Sanctuary in Carroll County, and the Justice for Animals Campaign in Montgomery County, said in a press release that on the late evening of Monday, July 25, 2022, In Defense of Animals’ Justice for Animals Campaign Director Doll Stanley received a video “with an urgent request for help for the arrest of Travis.”

The reporting party assumed that the crime was committed in Grenada, where TRAVIS lives, however, it turned out that the video was taken near an apartment complex on Molly Barr Road, in Oxford.

In Defense of Animals said that TRAVIS “methodically and violently took the lives of four kittens in macabrely different ways, and posted the ‘snuffvideo on Snapchat.”

FOX13 has seen these videos and reported that due to their graphic nature, the agency will not distribute the raw footage.

FOX13, however, gave a partial description of what some of the distressing and sickening videos show.

The videos show, in part, a kitten being kicked, a deceased kitten, a man attacking a kitten with a blade, a man apparently swinging a folding chair through the air and connecting with an animal, and a car battery being dropped on the head of a kitten”, reported FOX 13.

The day after the video was received, Director Stanley met with the Grenada Police Department to discuss the footage and learned that TRAVIS had been taken into custody earlier in the day in Grenada.

Director Stanley said: “It was horrifying, the worst about it, it wasn’t like he killed the kittens. He methodically and sadistically took them one at a time and killed them in different ways for entertainment.”

In the release, In Defense of Animals explained that “While Mississippi updated its animal protection law in 2020 to include one count of cruelty for each dog or cat harmed in a single case, Travis is only being charged with a single count, despite at least four of the seven kittens clearly shown being brutally killed in the video. The three surviving kittens are now safe.”

On Wednesday, July 27, TRAVIS appeared in Lafayette County Justice Court where bond was set at $5,000.

Online arrest records show TRAVIS was released after posting bond.

Police said additional counts will be presented during the August Grand Jury Session.

This story has left a huge knot in my stomach and yet, I cannot find the words to express what I feel for CARL TRAVIS JR.

I will say this though, I wish that this filthy murderer could be hung from a tree and whipped until there was no more life in him.
