Update on BOBBY HORTON JR. (pictured with SAMANTHA ROSE ANDERSON).

On Thursday, September 26, BOBBY HORTON JR. was sentenced to 30 months probation for burning a defenseless dog in March 2018.

HORTON and his girlfriend ANDERSON had adopted an 8-month-old Pit bull puppy named Simba from a mutual friend.

The duo were accused of using chemicals or hot water to severely burn the defenseless furbaby.

When their friend tried to get Simba back, a gun was fired in the apartment the couple shared on Jacqueline Drive.

This led to a police standoff and eventually HORTON surrendered.

An online fundraiser helped pay for Simba’s medical care whose injuries healed.

Simba was adopted out of state.
