AVALON RAMPERSANT arrested for striking his defenseless puppy on multiple occasions

- New York, USA -

An investigation conducted by the Albany Police Department’s Special Operations Unit, responsible for investigating animal cruelty complaints, led to the arrest of 23-years-old AVALON RAMPERSANT, of Albany.

Albany Police said in a news release that RAMPERSANT is accused of striking his puppy “on multiple occasions while on West Street in Albany.”

Police identified the VOICELESS VICTIM as a 1½-year-old Boston Terrier. The furvictim’s name and gender were not released.

Investigators learned that on October 20, 2022, and November 7, 2022, RAMPERSANT, “for no justifiable reason,” struck his defenseless puppy “multiple times causing the dog to yelp and screech in pain.”

Following a search warrant, RAMPERSANT was taken into custody on Thursday, December 15, 2022, and investigators “secured the dog,” stated the release. Police also said that “The dog was turned over to the Hudson Mohawk Humane Society for an evaluation.”

RAMPERSANT, society’s vomit, is charged with two counts of animal cruelty. Police did not say whether this useless individual is still in custody or out enjoying the freedom he does not deserve!

According to the release, RAMPERSANT’s arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday, December 20, 2022, in Albany City Criminal Court.

I wish I was able to attend and take a picture of this monster.
